Ao usar o kiro-cli chat, me aparece sempre o error: An unknown error occurred: ValidationException

Use the commands with kiro-cli

### Actual behaviour

When using kiro-cli chat, I always get the error: An unknown error occurred: ValidationException

run kiro-cli and try to interact with the system

Non viene indicato alcun file sorgente o test. Riproduci innanzitutto il problema con `kiro-cli chat` su Ubuntu 24.04.4, dopo aver eseguito `q doctor` e `q restart`; completato significa aver identificato la causa della ValidationException e aver confermato che i comandi interattivi funzionano normalmente.
