After updating to version 2.0.0, kiro-cli no longer transitions to chat input.

Inizia riproducendo il comportamento con `kiro-cli` e `kiro-cli chat "hello"` nell’ambiente Ubuntu 24.04.4 LTS segnalato, quindi confrontalo con la transizione prevista all’input della chat. Durante l’analisi, usa `q doctor`, `q restart` e `kiro-cli diagnostic`; il lavoro è completo quando entrambi i comandi aprono o passano all’input della chat come previsto.
