bug: Account Suspended / Access Issue

### Expected behaviour

I expect my Amazon Q account to work normally in VS Code without any suspension or restriction. I should be able to access all features after login.

### Actual behaviour

My Amazon Q account is showing a suspension message in VS Code.

It says that my account has been temporarily locked due to a security precaution and I need to contact support to restore access.

Because of this, I am unable to use chat, suggestions, or any features of Amazon Q in VS Code.

This issue started suddenly and persists every time I try to use the extension.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Open VS Code
2. Open Amazon Q extension
3. Try to use chat or suggestions
4. It shows that my account is suspended and access is locked

This issue happens every time.
