i have have bought kiro pro two days ago im not happy with the support here is the error i expect response in 2 days:Kiro is having trouble responding right now:

Commencez par crates/chat-cli/src/cli/chat/mod.rs:1647 et examinez l’échec de la requête signalé après q doctor et q restart. Reproduisez l’erreur profileArn sur Linux Mint 22.3 avec la version 1.28.2, puis vérifiez qu’un utilisateur connecté ayant sélectionné un profil peut recevoir une réponse sans l’erreur.
