Menu appears and then disappears instantly on Rider and iTerm terminal

macOS 15.7.2 (24G325)

### Expected behaviour

Type a command in a zsh terminal, and select the correct suggested option from the Kiro Cli menu of suggestions.

### Actual behaviour

When running the terminal and completing simple commands like `cd` or `git checkout` the Kiro Cli menu appears and then immediately disappears before it's possible to navigate through to the appropriate option. It intermittently appears again as I continue to type the command, but doesn't stay long enough to to select an option. This behaviours occurs whether I try to navigate or not.

### Steps to reproduce

- Select a terminal using shell bash or zsh in Rider Build #RD-253.28294.237, built on November 26, 2025
- Try typing any command - I've tried multiple including both bash and external packages e.g.`cd`, `git`, `docker`
- Wait for the menu of suggestions to appear and try to navigate
- The menu will disappear
- Continue to type the desired command
- The menu will reappear again with the appropriate suggestions
- This time don't try to navigate - it will still disappear
- Run `kiro-cli doctor`
- - Output: `✔ Everything looks good! Kiro CLI still not working? Run kiro-cli issue to let us know!`
- Reload terminal
- Repeat above steps
- Open terminal in iterm2 Build 3.6.6 and repeat steps

Inizia riproducendo il menu dei suggerimenti che scompare in Rider e iTerm usando sia bash sia zsh, quindi confronta il comportamento durante la digitazione di comandi come cd, git e docker. Usa q doctor, q restart e kiro-cli doctor durante l'indagine; il lavoro è completato quando il menu rimane visibile abbastanza a lungo da consentire di navigare e selezionare un suggerimento negli ambienti terminale segnalati.
