Google Login missing from kiro-cli

Linux 5.15.167.4-microsoft-standard-WSL2 - Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS

### Expected behaviour

I installed kiro in ubuntu but when i run kiro-cli i only have two login options, Builder ID and IDC Account. It does not have google account as an option.

Reproduce the issue by running kiro-cli in the reported Ubuntu 24.04 WSL2 environment, then trace the login entry point that presents the Builder ID and IDC Account options. Identify how authentication providers are selected and verify that the work is complete when Google appears as an available login option.
