Amazon Q settings file is corrupted

### Operating system

Linux 5.14.0-503.40.1.el9_5.x86_64 - Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9.5 (Plow)

### Expected behaviour

I am issuing a command "$ q doctor"

### Actual behaviour

$ q doctor

and when I am giving command "q restart" below messages are coming

but I am trying from my host machine itself

Inizia riproducendo q doctor e q restart nell'ambiente RHEL 9.5 indicato, utilizzando i dettagli della versione e del terminale forniti. Traccia il controllo della corruzione delle impostazioni di Amazon Q e il relativo comportamento di riparazione automatica. Il lavoro è completato quando q doctor non segnala più il file delle impostazioni come corrotto e q restart funziona dalla macchina host.
