Inline AI Suggestions is competing with CLI Completions

macOS 15.2.0 (24C101)

### Expected behaviour

If both Inline and CLI Completions are enabled, I would expect that the CLI Completions menu would not be closed due to an Inline suggestion being populated.

### Actual behaviour

I start typing a command, CLI Completion menu appears, then an Inline suggestion appears, which causes the CLI Completions menu to close.

### Steps to reproduce

Simply enable both features, open a zsh terminal, and type in a command that will both populate a CLI Completion and an inline suggestion.

Inizia in un terminale zsh abilitando sia Inline AI Suggestions sia CLI Completions, quindi esegui q doctor e q restart prima di riprodurre i suggerimenti concorrenti. Traccia i punti di ingresso del menu CLI Completions e dell’Inline suggestion descritti nel report; il lavoro è completo quando la comparsa di un’Inline suggestion non chiude più il menu CLI Completions.
