[Feature-Request] bash-completion to refer q to local paths

### Expected behaviour

I often want to refer to a local file and it would be nice to be able to start typing /home/abc/def and be able to get the path completion to find the file or folder i want to reference when e.g. saying "please analyze this local file for coding improvements" (or whatever)
