Enable spell check for Q Chat on the CLI.

### Expected behaviour

One major drawback using Q Chat on the CLI vs a web browser chat bot, is we lose spell check, potentially confusing the underlying ML Model. Two features would be great to have. The first is to underline misspelt words, the second would be to bind a hotkey to suggest replacements

### Actual behaviour

There is no spell check

Non sono identificati file, test o punti di ingresso. Inizia individuando la gestione dell’input di CLI Q Chat e verificando come vengono testati l’input del terminale e gli hotkey.
