Android Studio Q Plugin Chat Panel Stops Working After Global MCP Server Configuration

### Expected behaviour

The Amazon Q chat panel in Android Studio should remain accessible and functional regardless of global MCP server configuration in the Q CLI.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Install Amazon Q plugin in Android Studio
2. Configure a global MCP server: `q mcp add core-mcp-agent --global /path/to/mcp/server`
3. Restart Q desktop app
4. Open Android Studio
5. Try to access chat panel via Tools > Amazon Q > Open Chat
6. Chat panel is no longer accessible while code completion still works

Reproduce the failure using the listed q mcp add --global command, q restart, and Android Studio's Tools > Amazon Q > Open Chat flow. Compare behavior with and without the global MCP server and inspect q doctor output; done means the Amazon Q chat panel remains accessible while code completion continues to work.
