bug: From VSCode IDE Windows11 Amazon Q Developer- @Pin Context not Opening , @ functionality to attach Files ,Prompts not opened , It is not working

- [x] I have run `q doctor` in the affected terminal session
- [x] I have run `q restart` and replicated the issue again

### Operating system

Windows 11

### Expected behaviour

Click on @Pin Context the context menu will open with Prompts, Images, Files to select
Enter @ in Chat window to show the list of prompts and files in current workspace

### Actual behaviour

Click on @Pin Context the menu will not comes, nothing happens
Enter @ in Chat window , nothing happens.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Amazon Q Developer Chat Window, Top Click on @Pin Context button, Should open up the context Menu
2. Enter @ in chat prompt should , Should open up the context Menu

Riproduci il problema in Amazon Q Developer Chat Window su Windows 11, eseguendo prima q doctor e q restart come descritto. Verifica sia il pulsante @Pin Context sia l’inserimento di @ nel prompt della chat; il lavoro è completato quando entrambi i menu contestuali si aprono e mostrano i prompt, le immagini e i file previsti.
