Claude Sonnet 4 and 3.7 not usable

Amazon Q is having trouble responding right now:

### Steps to reproduce

Any Normal message sent on Claude 4 produces this error. Claude 3.7 works for some time and then encounters the same message.

Inizia riproducendo il malfunzionamento del modello in WSL dopo aver eseguito `q doctor` e `q restart`, usando `/model` per testare Claude Sonnet 4 e 3.7. Ispeziona `crates/chat-cli/src/cli/chat/mod.rs` intorno alla riga 787 e confronta il comportamento di entrambi i modelli.
