KDE Konsole dynamic tab names are not working

### Expected behaviour

KDE Konsole profiles with automatic tab names set correctly tab names.

### Actual behaviour

KDE Konsole profiles with automatic tab names (like local and remote %d - %u) are not working with qterm. Tab names are not set.

Inizia riproducendo il problema in KDE Konsole usando un profilo con nomi automatici delle schede, dopo aver eseguito q doctor e q restart come descritto. Traccia la gestione del titolo del terminale da parte di qterm e confronta il comportamento locale e remoto previsto di "%d - %u"; il lavoro è completo quando Konsole applica correttamente questi nomi delle schede generati dal profilo.
