Option to disable welcome banner in interactive chats

The banner and tips take up valuable space in my terminal. I often want to reference content from before I start the q chat session and have to scroll back past the welcome message and tips

To disable the Q chat welcome banner, you can use the --no-banner flag when starting Q chat:

Alternatively, you can set this as a persistent configuration option by running:

If you want to re-enable the banner later, you can run:

Funny enough, q doesn't seem to know it's own help options, and doesn't choose to run --help to learn them. `configure` is not a valid command.

I can't find any reference for q chat settings

Only lists set settings.
