Add MCP Servers Feature to the Amazon Q CLI GUI

With the addition of MCP server support, it would be a nice option to be able to add MCP servers using the GUI if presented with a list of MCP servers. This would be similar functionality to the Integrations section under Settings.

The idea would be to present the new section titled MCP Servers under Features. This would populate a list of pre-approved MCP servers that work with Q CLI. For example, the available servers that are in the [awslabs/mcp](https://github.com/awslabs/mcp) repo.

Each tile in the MCP pane would have a Prerequisites button that would check for the prerequisites for the server and if they are not available, they would be installed. The Install button would be grayed out until the prerequisites were installed. After prerequisites are satisfied and you click the Install button, it would add the configuration to the ~/.aws/amazonq/mcp.json file.

This would simplify installation and configuration for new users not familiar with editing json files and allow installation of multiple tools faster.
