Broken banner after upgrading q dev cli from 1.9.0 to v1.10.0

### Operating system

Linux 4.4.0-19041-Microsoft - Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS

### Expected behaviour

After upgrading to v1.10.0 the banner is broken, I am using WSL env

also tried newer 1.10.1 version but same issue persists

Non è stato identificato alcun file sorgente o test. Inizia riproducendo il banner in WSL con q 1.10.1, esegui q doctor e q restart, quindi confronta il risultato con q 1.9.0. Il lavoro è completo quando il banner viene visualizzato correttamente nell’ambiente Ubuntu WSL indicato.
