Description
### Checks
- [x] I have searched [github.com/aws/amazon-q-developer-cli/issues](https://github.com/aws/amazon-q-developer-cli/issues?q=) and there are no duplicates of my issue
- [x] I have run `q doctor` in the affected terminal session
- [x] I have run `q restart` and replicated the issue again
### Operating system
Linux 5.10.234-206.917.amzn2int.x86_64 - Amazon Linux 2
### Expected behaviour
## Summary
Add functionality to Amazon Q CLI that enables users to share and import profiles, allowing teams to centrally maintain and distribute useful profile configurations.
## Context
Currently, Amazon Q CLI profiles must be manually created by each individual. This creates friction when onboarding new team members and maintaining consistent profiles across teams. Teams are creating workarounds by documenting profile setup steps, but a native sharing mechanism would streamline this process and enable central maintenance of team-specific profiles.
