RFC: Call Q internal commands from Chat / Prompt

Beschreibung
As a user, I want to be able to type "OK, Lets Quit now. I'm done for the day", and Q Chat should exit, as if I typed /quit.
For some actions, I will also want a confirmation y, even if we are skipping the prompt for other actions.
eg. turning on /AcceptAll should have a Y prompt when called via LLM, to prevent any possibility of bypassing humans in this scenario.
