Automatic AmazonQ.md in context seems to confuse Q

### Expected behaviour

When prompted to "diff and commit", I expect Q to do a git diff and commit the changes.

### Actual behaviour

Somehow, Q misinterprets this to mean that it should create an AmazonQ.md file.
