010-cloudmap-service-discovery: requires Route 53 hosted zone

## Problem
The script creates a public DNS namespace which requires Route 53. The `create-public-dns-namespace` operation needs DNS resolution to work.

## Current state
- Removed from non-interactive PR
- Operation ID regex fixed (allows lowercase alphanumeric)

## Steps to resolve
1. Create a Route 53 hosted zone prereq (or use private DNS namespace instead)
2. Test end-to-end
3. Add back to the non-interactive PR
