Suggestion to increase max TTL

The max TTL for both the Secrets Manager and Parameter Store is limited to 5 minutes.

For our use case, I was hoping to set it to 45 min.
Any chance to relax the upper limit?

Start by locating the validation that caps both TTLs at 5 minutes and reproduce the warning with a 45-minute setting. Done means both settings accept the requested value without the max-limit warning.
