Start with the GeneratePreSignedUrl sample shown in the issue and reproduce the generated URL against the reported S3 bucket. Inspect the AWS SDK for Java presigned-request and authorization behavior, then verify that the sample produces a URL accepted by S3 using the required authorization mechanism. Done means the reported error no longer occurs or the sample clearly documents the supported configuration.
