Customers want a mechanism to track suspicious API calls in their environments and to maintain Audit Logs

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Adding a chapter on the workshop related to CloudTrail in the Soak Test environment, and later on the Production Environment

**Additional context**
Mostly an exercise for the workshop users to guide them through how to use CloudTrail to track any suspicious API calls
