Customers want a way to track if Developer Teams modified any pipeline policies to get their builds through.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
AWS Config is a critical component to track any config-changes to the CICD pipeline. It also allows customers to set their custom rules. Any non-compliance should be flagged & remediated.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
An alternative to remediation can be a simple SNS notification.
