submit command will package rpdk.log file when creating the package

If the cfn command was run by mistake in the src directory it will generate an rpdk.log file. This then gets added to the package when submitting the extension/resource to cloudformation. Cloudformation will not accept this package saying the rpdk.log file is in the package.

Better handling of this usecase would be helpful.

Start by tracing the cfn command and submit command packaging path to see where rpdk.log is included in the generated extension or resource package. Reproduce the case from the src directory, then verify that a submitted package no longer contains rpdk.log and is accepted by CloudFormation.
