Publish a v1.0.4-plugin release to PyPI — PR #134 customer-blocking fixes are unreleased

### Summary

The latest `cloudformation-cli-typescript-plugin` on PyPI is **1.0.2 (Feb 2023)**. Customer-blocking fixes merged since then aren't available to `pip`/`cfn` users:

- **#134** (merged 2026-04-28) fixes **#126** (`class-transformer` version mismatch breaking the generated `models.ts`, reported by an Extend engineer), **#132** (`@ts-ignore` breaking consumer builds during lib-check), and a timezone-dependent test failure.
- The newest tag, `v1.0.3-plugin` (Oct 2023), is **GitHub-only** (never published to PyPI) and predates #134 anyway.
- **#131** previously raised the "recent code has not been released to pip" gap and was closed by #134, but no release/publish followed.

### Ask

Could you please cut a **`v1.0.4-plugin`** tag from `master` and **publish it to PyPI**, so downstream consumers can pin the fixes rather than installing from a git ref? 🙏
