Hey, so sam-cli supports UV by now.
It'd be nice if we could add UV as a package manager too
As far as I can tell we'd just need to create a new method here:

Start in python/rpdk/python/codegen.py at the package-manager methods around lines 313-326, and compare the existing implementations to understand the expected interface. Add UV as a supported package manager and verify that code generation recognizes it successfully.
