**Solutions tried:** reinstalling the package

I've also re-produced this exact same issue on another linux machine.

Start at node_modules/@atom-ide-community/nuclide-commons-ui/Dropdown.js around lines 45 and 305, then trace the imports from AutoGenLaunchAttachUiComponent.js and AutoGenLaunchAttachProvider.js shown in the stack trace. Reproduce activation on Arch Linux after updating, and confirm ide-python activates without the getFileName error.
