Beginne damit, `asdf install python 3.9.6` auf macOS 13.2.1 sowohl mit als auch ohne `ASDF_PYTHON_PATCH_URL` zu reproduzieren, und untersuche anschließend die von python-build gemeldeten abgelehnten Hunks in `configure` und `configure.ac`. Als erledigt gilt die Aufgabe, wenn die Installation von Python 3.9.6 ohne den Patch-Fehler abgeschlossen wird.
