To provide example in not secure mode

I found it useful to have an example of insecure server-client example.

E.g., to check the running services (e.g., orchestration, serviceregistry, authentication)

and in quickstart_setup.py, change the ServiceInterface to be:

Inaddition, add 'NOT_SECURE' instead of 'CERTIFICATE'

Start with quickstart_setup.py and inspect the definitions of ServiceInterface, ServiceRegistrationForm, and Service to see where the requested insecure values are handled. Verify that the HTTP-INSECURE-JSON example can query the service registry and that the requested NOT_SECURE registration value is accepted. No tests or other files are named in the issue.
