Add support for views

This can either be implemented in the wrapper or handled upstream or ideally a combination of both.

This should help the integration with other python modules.

Start by tracing how the Python bindings wrap ArrayFire arrays and determine whether view support belongs in the wrapper, upstream, or both. Check how other Python modules would consume views and define the supported behavior before implementing it. Done means views work through the Python integration and the relevant behavior is verified.
