Add Support for OpenCL

Arrayfire supports OpenCL - from the description, it appears this wrapper doesn't,

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. First map how the Java wrapper exposes ArrayFire backends and how OpenCL support would fit; done would require a defined implementation scope and verification that OpenCL is supported.
