### Current Behavior
To have 'Pop up and Text notes' so that whenever user select some text - with the help of pop up user can highlight particular content on the PDF and add notes
### Steps To Reproduce
1.Launch appsmith app in release/Prod environment
2.Drag and drop document viewer widget
3.Try to add other support files
4.Check for text highlight and add notes option
