[Bug] Grab icon is absent on some widgets for move/relocate operation

## Description
**Date picker, iFrame, Rich text, Select, File picker, Button, Video** widgets don't support the grab icon for move operation unlike in other widgets. It's the finger point icon that performs the move operation which is an inconsistent feature.

The only exception here is the **lists widget** which does not move when user tries to move widget by clicking on the widget label. Only the grab icon that appears inside the widget boundary supports move operation.

### Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
1. Hover over widgets mentioned to try and move widget
2. Operation only possible when cursor hovers over the widget label and has the finger point icon, other widgets have the grab icon to perform move operation
