Copy-paste of widgets across Appsmith servers

Today, copying and pasting of widgets only works within a single Appsmith server, that is, the clipboard information is only applicable to a single domain. Adding support for copying and pasting across domains means that developers can copy widgets from one server to another. For example, copy widgets from the cloud instance of Appsmith to their self-hosted instance or vice-versa, if need be.
