[Task] Allow widget defined functions to be called during evaluations

## Summary

Allow widgets to define custom functions (native) which can be recognized and run during subsequent evaluations of widget properties.

## Motivation

Allowing custom functions, will increase the flexibility of the widget's derived, meta and default properties configurations. Also, allow for widget specific functionality in property bindings.

## Additional Context

Security issues must be taken into consideration when designing this API.
