[Docs]: Add support for SSO Name in OIDC/SAML setup docs

### Problem Statement

We allow users to set a name of their choosing for the login button when enabling SSO. Like `Login to Okta` instead of `Login to OIDC`, this will make SSO more familiar for the end users. We should add this in our SSO config docs.
