Feature Request: Add ability for ToggleButton to operate like an HTML radio button

Description:
Right now the ToggleButton component acts like a group of HTML checkboxes, which is fine, but there is room for more flexibility. It would be useful to add the ability to let the ToggleButton component operate like an HTML radio button; meaning, it can be configured such that one value (and only one value) must be selected at all times.

Additionally, if the feature is added, it would be useful to have the ability to add an option that when selected is the equivalent to a no-op, meaning it would operate the same if no options were selected. Maybe something like:

This way, an option is always clearly selected, but you still have the flexibility of searching across all categories.
