Loader not showing when click filter item

**Describe the bug**
When click on a filter item (for example multilist), the `ReactiveSearch` list is updated after a slight delay. But the loader is not visible during this time duration. But the loader is working when scroll to bottom (using infinite pagination)

Issue #393 is similar but it is closed so I assume this is a software regression issue.

**Expected behavior**
When click a filter item, the `loader` should be displayed (just like when loading more from the bottom when use infinite pagination)

**Additional context**
If this a trivial fix, a quick patch or a workaround advice would be highly appreciated!

UPDATE - 27th April.

I just found out that actually the loader was displayed the whole time, but at the bottom of the list... Probably due to this #749. But when I click a filter I want it to show on top, not bottom since this is a long list..
