Animate the Name, Distance, Rating toggle with an ease-out slide

## Goal

Add a sliding transition to the selection indicator for the **Name / Distance / Rating** toggle.

## Requirements

- Implement the slide with React Native Reanimated.
- Use ease-out easing for the transition.
- Animate smoothly between all three toggle positions.
- Preserve the current filtering behavior and touch responsiveness.
- Keep the animation consistent in light and dark mode.
