### Description
If an iPad rotates while StatusBar is hidden, and then StatusBar is shown, the insets do not get updated. The StatusBar ends up overlapping with the content on top.

### Steps to reproduce
1. Use `` or `useSafeAreaInsets`
2. hide StatusBar
3. rotate iPad
4. show StatusBar
