Description:
Validate that OSM parsing works end-to-end.

Tasks:

- [ ] Download a small .osm.pbf file (e.g. Yosemite Valley — Geofabrik)
- [ ] Run importer
- [ ] Ensure output matches expected trail count (roughly)

Acceptance Criteria:
✅ CLI outputs a list of trails with names and lengths
✅ No panics or missing coordinate errors
