Description:
Set up the base Rust workspace for Rusty Trails.

Tasks:
- [ ] Run `cargo new rusty_trails_api`
- [ ] Add .gitignore (include target/, .env, .DS_Store)
- [ ] Commit and push repo to GitHub

Acceptance Criteria:
✅ The repository exists with a clean Cargo structure and first commit pushed.
