Update projects to account for new grants

The current https://emberarchive.org/projects page is a bit out of date with current grant awards

I had to update the data ingest page with new issues to reflect this latest state of brain-bbqs.org/projects

Note that Sanes (existing project) looks to have received a second grant as well
