Projects page loading delay

Sometimes when I visit https://emberarchive.org/projects, the content listing on the table takes a moment to go from 'No data available' to being populated

Suggest replacing with something along the lines of "Loading projects..." to indicate the webpage is attempting to fetch the data, whereas the current message would normally indicate data failed to be fetched at all
