Disabling GraphQL Still Shows Link for Installing GraphIQL

**API Platform version(s) affected**: v4.3.17

**Description**
In config/packages/api_platform.yaml, I added `graphql: false` to disable GraphQL support. When I view my site in the browser, there is still a link for GraphiQL in the `Other API docs` at the bottom of the page. When clicked on, it tells me GraphQL is not enabled.

**How to reproduce**
```
api_platform:
graphql: false
```

**Possible Solution**
If GraphQL is disabled, do not show the link at all. _In fact, if GraphQL is disabled, do nothing with anything related to GraphQL._

**Additional Context**
This does not make sense to me why if I disable GraphQL the link is shown. Obviously I do not want it, so please take it away. The worst part is that I can disable GraphQL and enable GraphiQL, which makes no sense at all.
