Up 2.0 — feature requests

I'm contemplating a 2.0, I have some features in mind of course, but I'd love to hear what people would like to see if you could have anything at all — or if you tried Up and decided it won't work for you, let me know what was blocking you :D

So far the biggest changes would be:

- Global by default (with tunable regions)
- Wider range of runtime support (not locked into Lambda's runtimes)
- Dockerfile support
- More cost-effective for larger scale apps
- Faster provisioning
