Option to disable HTTPS redirect

## Prerequisites

* [x] I inspected the verbose debug output with the `-v, --verbose` flag.
* [x] Are you an Up Pro subscriber?

## Description

I'm not sure if this is even possible the way up works (API gateway is HTTPS only?) but I currently need support for plain HTTP. With vanilla CloudFront we can easily disable (or not enable) the redirection. Is it possible that this can be added to up?

I wish I wouldn't need HTTP, but I'm using up to host several endpoints to aid with penetration testing and unfortunately some XML clients will not fetch DTDs via `https`.
