Show execution role

## Description

Perhaps I am going crazy, but I couldn't figure out from the CLI how to see the name of execution role of the deployed up function.

I can see it from the AWS Web console https://ap-southeast-1.console.aws.amazon.com/lambda/home?region=ap-southeast-1#/functions/listunits-iam?tab=graph of course, but not on the CLI as I expecting to.

Icing on the cake would be a listing of permissions of what the function is allowed to do.

up stack
up config | grep role

Might be related to https://github.com/apex/up/issues/169 but I don't understand the writing part.
